At Cloud Harbor Economics LLC, we stand behind the quality of our consulting services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer the following options:

  • 14-Day Review Period: For subscription-based products and ongoing consulting engagements, clients may request a review within 14 days of service initiation.
  • Service Adjustment: We will work with you to adjust our services to better meet your needs and expectations at no additional cost.
  • Partial Refund Option: For prepaid consulting packages, unused portions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of service commencement.

Product Return Guidelines

For physical products, data analytics platforms, and report subscriptions:

Digital Products & Reports

  • Economic Intelligence Reports may be cancelled within 7 days of first delivery for a full refund
  • Data Analytics Platform subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no penalty
  • Custom reports and analysis work is non-refundable once delivered

Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without additional fees
  • Annual subscriptions may receive prorated refunds within the first 60 days
  • No refunds on subscription renewals after the renewal date

  • Services cancelled or refund requests made after 30 days from service initiation
  • Promotional or discounted services offered at reduced rates
